St. Paul, MN – Thursday, September 1, 2005 – Elizabeth Dickinson will hold a brief press conference at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, September 2, near a construction site at the corner of University Ave. and Victoria St. Alongside an oversize poster image of Rosie the Riveter — borrowed by the campaign for a postcard mailed to 15,000 regular St. Paul women voters — she will address the issue of city contracts with women- and minority-owned firms, as well as the absence of a woman from the St. Paul Mayor's chair for 151 years.
