| St. Paul Neighborhood Honor Roll Elizabeth was inducted into the St. Paul Neighborhood Honor Roll in November 2002. The induction event's program stated: "Elizabeth Dickinson is a treasured neighbor on the West Side. Elizabeth felt strongly about air quality, and put her passion to work by organizing other like-minded residents to create the 'Clean Energy Now' campaign. She now co-chairs the Environment Committee and is a clear leader in the neighborhood."
